Curtis Glenn Elliott

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother and son, Curtis Glenn Elliott, 41, who left us on December 6, 2023.

Curtis was born on December 20, 1981, in Dallas, Texas to Julia Hicks and Charles Elliott. He grew up in Forney, Texas with his sister, Lori Elliott, and countless friends.

He was a beloved teammate of the Jackrabbits football team, and he was also a talented artist. He was simultaneously kind and fierce, and above all, he stood up for those who needed it. Curtis was a special soul who faced many challenges, and although he knew pain, he also knew joy. He was funny and smart, and he will be forever missed.

Curtis is survived by his father, Charles Elliott and wife Kimberly, his mother, Julia Hicks Blackwell and husband Ronny, and his sister, Lori Elliott and husband Barrett Christie, as well as numerous cousins and other family members. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Until we meet again.
