David Roberts, Jr., 83, entered into rest on Saturday, August 25, 2012, after a lengthy illness.
Memorial Service Friday at 1:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Keller. Inurnment at DFW National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in David's name, would be appreciated.
David proudly served in the US Army and was stationed in Korea as an artillery Captain. Throughout his career, David was a writer, editor, and publisher for Time Magazine, Life Magazine, San Antonio Light, San Antonio Business Journal, and was PR Director at St. Mary's University.
David is survived by his loving family including his wife of 56 years, Mary Elaine Roberts; sons, Chris and his wife Kimberly and David and his wife, Stella; grandchildren, Callum, Brendan, Tressa, Emily and Christina.
