David Velazquez, 85, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 4th from 12 - 2pm
Funeral Services will follow visitation at 2pm.
David will be sent to his final resting place at the National Cemetery in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
