Deborah Jean Coulter, 71, passed away March 7, 2022 in Burleson, TX. A graveside service will be held at a later date at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.
Deborah was born March 31, 1950 in Westfield, MA to William and Celia (Bys) Roskuski. She grew up in Chicopee, MA and graduated from Cathedral High School in Springfield, MA in 1968. She later attended Massasoit Community College in Brockton, MA where she earned her Associate degree in science. She worked at State Street Corporation for 20 years as an IT developer and manager. She retired to Georgetown, TX in 2007.
Deborah married Robert in 1977 in Chicopee, MA, and they were happily married for 44 years. She enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, photography, reading, and hosting family events. She loved swimming in the pool, going to the beach, skiing, and riding horses.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, William and Celia Roskuski.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Robert of Burleson, TX; daughters, Leslie Wharton and husband, Daniel of Round Rock, TX, Rebecca Raphael and husband, Itay of Pittsburgh, PA, Mary Ranck and husband, William of Burleson, TX, Eileen Gustafuson and husband, Karl of Chicopee, MA, and Maureen Coulter, of Chicopee, MA; grandchildren, Angela Morris, Jeffery Sweeney, Karleen Gustafson, Katherine Gustafson, Johnathan Long, Kayla Ranck, William Ranck, Taryn Wharton, Olivia Wharton, Callen Wharton, Noa Raphael, and Adam Raphael; and great-grandchildren, Aubree, Michael, and Reagan Sweeney.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to One Point Hospice, Advanced Healthcare Solutions of Burleson, and Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home in Burleson.
