Deborah Tallant

September 17, 1965 — March 27, 2025

Deborah Denise White Tallant passed away on March 27th after a hard-fought battle with bladder cancer. She was surrounded by her family while God welcomed her home.

Debbie was born on September 17th, 1965 in Fort Worth, Texas.

She achieved her ambition of becoming a nurse when she graduated from University of Texas in Arlington in 1988, beginning her career as a neonatal nurse at John Peter Smith Hospital and ending it at Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth.

Thanksgiving was traditionally hosted by Debbie and her husband, Tony. For many years and everyone was welcome to attend. She loved spending time surrounded by her family and friends.

Every Sunday for 34 years, Debbie educated preschoolers in the teaching of the Bible.

The highlight of Debbie's year for over 30 years was the "Girl's Trip" she took with her mom, Judy; her cousin, Tracy; and her aunt, Edwina. The excursions took them to many destinations where they played golf and did a little of who-knows what! Debbie provided many contributions on these trips, most notably as navigator and "itenerarain". She was put on "probation" a couple of times for minor infractions but was never fired.

Her facade was that of an angel; her interior was playful & mischievous.

"You say I am Loved"

Survivors: Her loving husband of 35 years, Tony; Children: Jeff Tallant and Alex Tallant; Parents: Judy and David White; Brother and Fiancé: Greg White  and Lana Gardena; Grandchildren: Tony & Teagan Cabrera, and Presley Tallant; A host of nieces and nephews and many friends.
