On Monday, April 26, 2021, DeOlva Calvert loving mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 76.
DeOlva was born March 27, 1945, in Fort Worth to Harmon and Pauline Fisher. She married Joe Calvert on June 5, 1964. They raised two sons, Michael and Derrick and a daughter, Terrie.
DeOlva loved to spend time with her kids and grandchildren. She took anyone in who needed help or a place to stay. She always made her home comfortable and open to friends and family.
DeOlva is survived by her two sisters, Toya and Juanita; her brother, Jack; three kids, Michael, Terrie, and Derrick; and several grandkids, nieces and nephews; and adopted son, Nathan Embry.
