Dona LueGene McMahan Pounds, 68, passed away Tuesday May 2, 2017.
Celebration of Life: 11 a.m. Friday at Life Church, 7850 Davis Blvd., North Richland Hills.
Dona was born May 10, 1948 in Grandview to the late Arthur Kenton and Ethel Mae Jean McMahan. She married her husband Robert Lynn Pounds on July 16, 1977. Dona enjoyed bowling, blackjack, cooking, quilting, shopping, crafts, drinking cokes, and last but certainly not least, dancing with Robert. She was an avid Aggie, Texas Rangers, and Tiger Woods Fan. Dona’s greatest times were shared with her family and friends whom she loved dearly.
Dona was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Horace (JR) McMahan, Walter Jewell (WJ) McMahan, Ruby Wilson, and Gerald McMahan.
Survivors: Her loving husband, Robert Lynn Pounds; children, Lynn Pounds, Christine Huse, Robert Kapi Pounds and wife, Keri, Chuck Pounds and wife, Denise, Stacy Pounds, and Kayla Patschke and husband, Steven, Jr.; grandchildren, Mandy Collura, Cheyanne Fyffe, Kori Abshire, Jax Pounds, Gavin Huse, Buzz Huse, Kamryn Crupper, Tyler Crupper, Robert C. Pounds, Paul Pounds, Paige Patschke, Morgan Patschke, and Alexander Patschke; great-grandchildren, Cooper Collura, Kinsley Fyffe, Scout Abshire, Aubrey Fyffe, Kacie Collura, and Maverick Abshire; brothers, Bud McMahan and Jim McMahan; and many extended family members and friends.
