Donald Eugene Vaske

Donald E. Vaske, 63, passed away September 26, 2021, at his home, in Crowley. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home, 518 SW Johnson Ave, in Burleson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, October 1, 2021 at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Burleson Memorial Cemetery.
Donald was born November 21, 1957 in Reading, Ohio to Carl and Marylou Vaske. He grew up in Hamilton, Ohio, and graduated from Garfield High School in 1977. He worked for Walmart as a maintenance supervisor where he worked for 8 years. In 1993, Donald married Zena in Hamilton, Ohio, and they were happily married for 28 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, watching sports on TV and playing with his grandsons.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Marylou Vaske.
He is survived by his wife, Zena of Crowley; children, Rebecca Vaske, Joshua Vaske (Natasha) Ashley Vaske Kocurek, and Heather Vaske (Erin); grandchildren, Dawson Wells, Addisyn Vaske, Donald Kocurek, Joseph Kocurek; bonus grandchildren, Shane Ebarb, Kameron Raisor, and Arabella Raisor.
