Donna Sue Ferwalt

On Wednesday evening, December 12, 2018, Donna Sue Ferwalt, 70, passed away at Baylor, Scott and White Hospital in Grapevine, Texas.
Donna, the youngest of nine children, was born on November 19, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri. She eventually relocated to Texas and became a long-time resident of Fort Worth, where she was an active member of the Freedom Life Church in Mansfield. Over the years, Donna held various professional positions with Aetna Insurance, Greyhound Lines, Inc. and Zoom Roses, from which she eventually retired, but she will be most fondly remembered for her role as a loving mother, dedicated caregiver and dear friend.
She is survived by her son, John Ferwalt, daughter, Tiffany Small, grandchildren, Kara Hume, Autumn and Christopher Ferwalt, Ja’nyia Wilson and Christopher Small, brothers and their spouses, William & Betty Ferwalt of Albany, Oregon, Robert &Wanda Ferwalt of Independence, Missouri, and Joseph & Connie Ferwalt of Springfield, Missouri, sister, Dorothy DiiBon of Grapevine, Tx., as well as, many nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Olive (Johnson) Ferwalt, brothers Harry, John & Bernard (Scotty) Ferwalt and sister, Mary Anne Williams.
Memorial services will be held in celebration of Donna’s life in January, 2019.
