Donna Kay Pavlasek

Donna Kay Pavlasek, of Keller, Texas, passed away on January 30, 2020 in Grapevine, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, devoted wife, and proud "Nana" to all that knew her.

She was born on August 4, 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas to Mittie Jane and Harry Kendall, who preceded her in death. Donna held a Bachelors degree from University of North Texas and was a gifted teacher for over 25 years. She was loved by her students and colleagues and was once awarded "Teacher of the Year." Donna enjoyed traveling with her husband of 40 years on cruise ships all over the country. She was an avid scrapbooker, loved spending time with her family, adored Pugs, and was a breast cancer survivor.

Donna is survived by her husband, Eddie Pavlasek of Keller; daughters, Laura Gutierrez of Aubrey and Jenna Pavlasek of Watauga; son-in-law, Zach Gutierrez of Aubrey; and granddaughters, Leila Gutierrez and Amelia Gutierrez of Aubrey.

The visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Monday, February 3, 2020 at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be held privately for family members. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and The Humane Society.
