Dorothy Louise Bundick

Dorothy Louise Penn Bundick, 95, of Ft Worth, TX, passed away on January 26, 2024. She was born on March 28, 1928, in Colorado City, TX, to Frank and Ola Penn. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Betty Kinser. Also preceded in death by her two husbands, Elmo Smith (Michael's father) and Robert Bundick (Betty's father).

Dorothy is survived by her son, Michael Penn Smith, and his wife Lynda, her daughter, Betty Bundick Anderson, her grandson, Robert Cody Anderson, her nieces, Dana and Brenda and nephews, Dean and Andy.

Dorothy was a long-time telephone operator with Southwestern Bell and continued working as an operator with several area hospitals. She even continued working well into her 90's for Garrett Aerobic Septic in Azle. She appreciated art by creating with fabrics and styling clothing, and especially enjoyed China painting.

Visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Lucas Funeral Home, 1601 South Main Street, Keller, Texas 76248. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Evergreen Cemetery in Ranger, TX, under the care of Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, TX.

Dorothy Louise Bundick will be dearly missed by her loved ones and friends. May her soul rest in peace.
