Dorothy Carol Henderson, 75, passed from this life early Wednesday morning, June 26, 2019.
Dorothy was born September 7, 1943 in Montgomery, Alabama to Louis and Mae Belle Williamson.
Dorothy enjoyed time with her family, listening to music, spoiling her grandchildren and she was a great cook. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mae Belle and brothers, Johnny and Jr. Williamson.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, James Warren Henderson, Jr.; children, Marie Martinez, Kathy (Jason) Hutson, James (Courtney) Henderson and Kelly Mobley; grandchildren, Daniel Baldwin, Ashley (Jona) Blanco, Jessica Ragsdale, KayLyn (Blake) Ballard, Amy Slade, Taylor Baldwin, Destiny Hutson and Piper Henderson; great-grandchildren, Arianna, Lily, Jona and Braxton. She will be greatly missed and in our hearts forever.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, July 19th at 2:00 at Lucas Funeral Home, 700 W. Wall Street, Grapevine, TX.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude's or the American Red Cross.
