Dorothy Jukes Neuberger

Dorothy Jukes Neuberger, 89, passed away Tuesday April 25,
2023.
Funeral Services will take place Friday April 28,2023 at 5 PM at
Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine, Texas. Burial will be May 9,
2023 at 1PM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s
Association.
Dotty was born March 25, 1934, in Boonton, New Jersey to
Joseph Arthur Jukes, II and Ruth Salzer Jukes. She married
Edmond Neuberger on July 31, 1955, in Morristown, New
Jersey. They traveled the world for business and pleasure to
places such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Morocco, China,
Korea and lived in Japan for 3 years, finally retiring to San
Diego, CA. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles,
cooking and learning different languages in preparation for
their travels. She enjoyed attending her daughters’ events as
they grew up and later, her grandchildren’s.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed. She is survived
by her daughters Cynthia, Pamela (Alan), and Elizabeth,
grandchildren Matthew (Katherine), David, Alexander, Nicholas
and Jennifer and great grandchildren, Sadie and Sierra.
