Douglas Wayne Haas

Douglas Wayne Haas, 65, of Burleson, passed away February 01. 2021 from his battle with stage 4 lung cancer.
Doug was born in Rapid City, South Dakota April 10, 1955.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, Feb. 6, at Burleson Memorial Cemetery, 500 Memorial Plaza, Burleson, Tx. Pastor Nathan Tucker will officiate.
Doug met the love of his life in 1980. For 40 years, Nancy and Doug lived a life of many adventures. Traveling State to State with their beloved birds.
Doug was extremely passionate building race cars. Learning all he could about whatever sparked his interest at that time.
One of his greatest attributes was caring for those he loved the most, his family.
Doug is survived by his sister, Janet; son, Jeremy; grandmother, Mary; step-son, Steve; step-daughter, Kim; numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
