Eddy Lynn Brown

Eddy Lynn Brown passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, December 28. 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Founder’s Chapel of the First United Methodist Church of Grapevine. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the FUMC Grapevine Endowment fund.
Eddy was born on June 14, 1944 in Fort Worth, Texas to Raymond and Carrie Brown. He graduated from Keller High School and went on to receive his BS from North Texas University and an Associate’s Degree in sign language from Tarrant County College.
In 1966, Eddy married Judy Solomon, the love of his life for 57 years. They lived in Denton where he became the proud father of a baby girl, Deborah.
Eddy was preceded in death by his parents, Gussie and Carrie Brown, his 2 brothers and his 2 sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Brown; daughter, Deborah Vasterling; grandson, Jonathan Vasterling; brother, Larry Brown and his wife Karen; sister -in-law, Loretta Reves, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was loved and cared for by many, and will be remembered for his kindness and thoughtfulness of others.
