Edith M. Korb, 98, of North Richland Hills, Texas, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017 at Medical City North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Mrs. Korb was born October 22, 1918 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio to the late Floyd and Olive (Givens) Brownfield.
Mrs. Korb retired from the State of Ohio, Division of Liquor Control as a clerk.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Sue Ellen Isbell of North Richland Hills, Texas, 3 grandchildren: Darren Isbell of Haltom City, TX, Donald Isbell of Fort Worth, TX and Shonna Whitmore of Bedford, TX; 4 great-grandchildren: Shelby and Tiana Whitmore, Trae Isbell and Aubrey Isbell. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Korb in 1985; six brothers and 4 sisters.
In accordance with her wishes, no calling hours or services are being observed.
The Newark Chapel of Henderson Van Atta Stickle Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
