Edna K Moore

RICHLAND HILLS -- Edna Kindel Moore, wife of Joseph William Moore, went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2015 at her home in North Richland Hills. She was 90 years old.
Funeral services will be held at Richland Hills Baptist Church on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. with burial to follow at Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be at Lucas Funeral home in Hurst on Monday July 27, 2015 from 6-8 p.m.
Edna was born in Marvell, Arkansas on September 7, 1924 to Olive and Edward Kindel. She married her high school sweetheart, Joe and moved to Fort Worth in 1950. She was active in the lives of their two daughters, Carol Ann and Mary Jane, serving as a leader in Blue Birds and throughout their school years in PTA. Edna was a faithful member of Richland Hills Baptist Church. She was a member of Oakcrest Woman's Club, where she served two terms as president, and a member of Book Mark Review Club. Edna loved the Lord and her family. She loved traveling, especially the several European trips with Joe.
Survivors include her husband Joe; two daughters, Carol A. Bringhurst of Richland Hills and Mary Jane Stricklin and her husband David of Arlington; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, donations mat be made to the Richland Hills Baptist Church.
