Her creative and analytical mind led her to navigate any problem with ingenuity and grace, while her crafty and handy nature allowed her to tackle any project with a can-do attitude. She had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed working on the family home in Muyenga, Uganda and it's gardens. Besides being a Mother, a wife, Auntie, sister she was instrumental in supporting the educational schooling of her extended family. For most of her adult life, these interests converged through Elsa's adventures around the world as "Maama Elsa." A nickname she was known for bringing the Diaspora family's together.
