Enedina known as Nina by a lot of friends was born June 25, 1923, in Continental, New Mexico.
She loved cooking and gardening; especially tending to her roses. At one time, she had 112 roses in her garden. Her green thumb was amazing as she tended to roses, petunias, zinnias, marigolds, and loved her 12 fruit trees which always produced delicious fruit. She loved cooking and baking. Around Christmas time, she made tamales from scratch. It took her all day, but she would whip up as many 20 to 30 dozen in one day. Did she sell them? No. She would give them away. Her Christmas cookies, (cuernitos) buñuelos, and bizcochos were the best.
She had the opportunity to see different parts of the world. She traveled to California, Hawaii, New York, Nassau, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, and France.
Enedina was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Orozco, and husband, José Quezada.

A very special thank you to mom's two caregivers, Judy and Tanisha. We don't know what we would have done without you. You have become a part of our family. We love you and appreciate both of you so very much.
