FORT WORTH -- Ernest Justice Jr., 91, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst, with Pastor David Grassley officiating. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Ernest was born March 24, 1924, to Ernest and Elsie Justice in Fort Worth. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a radio operator and continued his service in the Army reserves until he was honorably discharged in 1953. Ernest worked at Lockheed for 48 years and enjoyed spending time with his wife of 32 years, Kathleen Justice, and watching Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers games with his son.
He will be missed by many, including son, Ryan and wife, Candi; granddaughter, Kirsten; sister, Alma Mae.
