Estelle "Vivian" Wren was born on July 22, 1933 in Westridge, Arkansas and she died on July 3, 2022 in Richland Hills, Texas at the age of 88 years old.
She is survived by Her Son, Tim Wren Sr.; Daughter-in-Law, Gayle Wren; Son-in-Law, Jimmy Shelton; and Grandsons, Charles Troupe and TJ Wren, Jr.; and Great-Grandchildren, Hayden Troupe, Dayden Troupe and Emma Wren.
She was happily married to Bill Wren for 69 Years until his passing in 2015.
She graduated with her Batchelor’s of Fine Arts (Texas Christian University) in 1964, and her Master’s in Education (Texas Woman’s University) in 1979. She was a devout Christian and very active in her faith.
Vivian was a strong minded and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was incredibly giving to those in need and always preached education and the Lord. Her ability to talk to anyone made her an amazing resource for Forth Worth ISD for 38 Years until her retirement in 2002. She loved her family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., before the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
She will be laid to rest beside Bill Wren at Emerald Hills Cemetery in Kennedale Texas.
