Eva Earline Hicks

On Monday, 06.19.2023, Eva Conger Hicks, a beloved wife, mama, nannie, daughter, sister and aunt went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was 88 years old. Born to Bill and Bessie Mae Conger in Amarillo, Texas on 10.25.1934. She retired from Ogden Allied at DFW Airport in 1999.
Eva enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and church family. She enjoyed cooking for her family, especially on their birthday. She delighted in cooking the birthday guest their favorite meal, it was always delicious!
Preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hicks, her parents Bill and Bessie Mae Conger, her son's, Keith and Roy Hicks, her siblings, JT., Clinton, Lula Mae, Herman, Harold, Betty Snapp and Dairl, her grandson Terry Mantooth, and son-in-law, Virgil Dennis.
Left to cherish her memory, her daughter, Bessie and husband Stan Mizell, son, Monnie and wife Pam Hicks, daughter Ruby Dennis and brother Jesse Joe.
She leaves behind a multitude of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Her sweet smile and sparkling eyes will be missed!
