Eva Novosadova

January 22, 1966 — December 9, 2016

Eva Novosadova (Kasickova) passed away on the morning of Friday, December 9th, 2016, at the age of 50. She was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia on January 22, 1966. She attended high school at Pripotocni, and later continued at Alsovo Nabrezi junior college of Physiotherapy. In 1993, she graduated from Charles University in Prague with a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy. Along with her medical achievements, Eva also had a natural talent for the arts: she painted, built cabinets, played music, and crafted. She avidly hiked, canoed, swam, cycled, skated, and loved nature. She was passionate about history, and her thirst for knowledge often took her friends and family cross country to learn first-hand from castles, pueblos, churches, and parks. She was a driven woman, ready to take on any task, and it showed in the marks that she left wherever she went; there isn’t a single place she has gone that hasn’t been changed by her presence. We are forever grateful to have had her as a part of our lives.

Eva is survived by her Grandmother, Ida Pohlova; Mother, Eva Pohlova; Father, Frantisek Kasicka; Uncle, Otakar Pohl; Brother, Martin Kasicka; Husband, Tomas Novosad; Son, Marek Novosad; and Daughter, Anna Novosadova.
