Fernando Valero was born in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador on November the 29th, 1932 to his parents, Aurelio Valero and Luz Maria Pauta. He served as a Marine in the Ecuadorian Navy for one year, and graduated as a lawyer from the University of Guayaquil. Fernando met Laura, his wife, at a dance party in Guayaquil. He was married to her for 65 years. They raised six children, two girls: Pilar and Stefania, and four boys: Fernando, Carlos, Ivan and Hector.
Fernando was an excellent and loving father and husband. He loved his wife “Laurita” very much. He was a great example to his children and he motivated them to learn, to be kind to others, and to follow Jesus.
Fernando moved to the United States more than 16 years ago where he became a citizen. He lived in the cities of Grapevine and Euless, where he passed away on March 21, 2022. He was 89 years old.
Fernando will be remembered for his respectful attitude to others, his love for listening to music, his avid desire to read and expand his knowledge, his incredible creativity and ability to solve problems, but especially his unconditional love for his family and his faithfulness to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
