Frances Ruth Muncey Brock "Mamaw"
Born November 1st, 1939 in Lee County, Virginia. Passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 16th, 2018.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Frances met the love of her life, Deerl Brock in Harlan, Kentucky. They were wed June 27th, 1959 and moved to Northern Kentucky, where she was a homemaker for many years before going to work at the Greater Cincinnati Airport. She moved to Texas in 1984, where she worked for many years at Mimosa Manor Nursing Center in Keller, TX. She eventually retired as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She spent the rest of her years spending time with her family, playing Bingo, and taking trips to Winstar. She was also known for her sense of humor, wise cracks, and playing practical jokes on anyone she could.
She is survived by her children, Steve Brock (Mary) of Hendersonville, TN. Lisa Brock (Grady Herzog) of Fort Worth, TX. and Tammy Babb (Marvin) of North Richland Hills, TX; step-children, Donna Schwarberg (Mike) of Villa Hills, KY. Phyllis Martin (Jim) of Erlanger, KY. Debbie Vanover (Bill) of Harlan, KY. Deerl Brock Jr. of Bromley, KY; her 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; her sisters Glenda Nailon (Benny) of Monroe, MI. and Judy Bishop of Pikeville, KY.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Deerl Brock, her parents Billie and Lois Muncey; sister Shirley Alred and brothers Kenny, Ralph "Kermit", and Don L.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
