Frances Brumbalow Crites

Frances was born November 5, 1930, in Grapevine, Texas and passed away November 28, 2022, in North Richland ills at the age of 92. She grew up in the Southlake area and her family later settled in Haslet, Texas where they farmed. She later married Joseph Crites of Roanoke and they lived out their days in North Richland Hills (Smithfield) until her death.

Frances is survived by her son, Donny Crites and wife, Judy of Rhome, and sister, Geneva Cox of Oklahoma. She had two grandsons and their wives that she loved dearly and was so proud of, Joseph Crites and Heather of Paradise, and Joshua Crites and Ashley of Keller. She had three great-grandsons that always brought joy to her heart and a smile on her face, Hayden, Hunter, and Jace. She had numerous other family members, nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members Howard and Denise Jones who were very special to her.

She was predeceased by her parents, one sister, six brothers, her son, Ronald Crites (2002) and husband, Joseph Crites (2019).

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, December 5, 2022, at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. The family request in lieu of flowers, you may consider a donation to First Baptist Church of Watauga Hope Fund.
