Frances Anne Smith

Frances Anne Smith, our sweet mother was born in 1937 in Asheville, North Carolina. She died peacefully in her sleep after an ugly battle with Alzheimer's.
She was a fiercely independent Woman. She had a brilliant legal career as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal. She loved her work and all her colleagues and friends. She loved her children and grandchildren immensely. She loved our trips and hosted many family Holiday events at her home in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Sadly in 2022 she could no longer live alone. She lived with her son and family who cared for her until God called her to the kingdom of heaven. She passed peacefully with her children around her.
She loved her sisters, Judy, June, Jean and Cathy. But she was especially close to her brother, Joe Pruitt. He lived with her for 20 years. She was also very close to her niece Terri Marlow.
Our mom will forever be remembered by hundreds of people in this world. May you R.I.P. our sweet Mother. She is survived by her Son Jason & his wife Cathy; Daughter Kerrie Horn; Sister's Judy Hoodenpyle, June Ponce & Jean Hassenphlug, Grandchildren Justin Horn/Wife Angela, Eric Ramey/Wife Lori, Blake Ramey/Wife Jen. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and 8 Great Grand Children.
She was preceded in Death were Father Harry Pruitt, Mother Wilma Chrenshaw, Sister Cathy Persons, Brother Joe Pruitt and Niece Terri Marlow.
