Frank served in the Korean War as a Weather Dropson operator on the B29. He was employed by General Dynamics, where he retired. Then after retirement, he and his son-in-law, Richard Lebredo, founded and ran Alarm Concepts for 13 years. Frank loved his city of Colleyville. He became involved in the City Council shortly after moving to Colleyville. He along with other volunteers physically finished out the City Hall/Fire Station at 5201 Bransford. Frank was appointed to form the Planning and Zoning Commission and served as the chairman.
