Fred was born July 26, 1943 to Fredrick T. Costa, Jr. and Norma Rego Costa in Livermore, California.
He is a proud Navy veteran. He and his wife, Rita, married 47 years ago on October 15, 1966.
Survivors: Wife, Rita; brothers, Danny Costa and Jerry Foster; sons, Jeff and Scott Costa (Sherri); grandchildren, Kaila, Jolene, Dante, Eleazar, and Scotty; great-granddaughter, Kristen.
