Gary Bartley was born on May 4, 1952, in Dallas, Texas to Marvin and Norma Bartley. He attended and graduated from Grapevine High School. In 1971 he married Cathy Garner and had 3 beautiful children. In 1982 he married Janey King. Gary loved coaching the Eagles pee wee football team in The Colony, Texas. He was an avid football watcher, loved fishing with his grandkids and enjoyed barbequing with family and friends.

Gary Bartley was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Norma and his brother, David Bartley.

Survivors: Wife, Janey Bartley; Son, Todd Bartley and his wife Roseanne Bartley, Daughter, Marisa Wilson and husband Joe Wilson, Daughter, April Morvel and husband William Morvel; Step daughter, Emily Strand; sister, Donna Manson and her husband Scott; 7 grandchildren and numerous loving family and friends.
