Gina Penson, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 after a massive stroke and complications. She will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend to all that knew and loved her. She was born on July 4th 1960 in Gloversville, NY to Bobby Edd and Wanda Jean Penson.
Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God;…” is her favorite verse.
Gina loved animals and touched many lives in Texas, Tulsa and Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was a certified professional pet sitter, volunteered for Fort Worth’s Citizens on Patrol, Panther City Feral Cat Coalition, local animal shelters, actively worked to save animals, belonged to Grace for Eternity Church, loved watching movies, purple was her favorite color, awesome friend, sister, and a very loving generous person.
Gina is survived by Mother, Wanda J. Kendrick, of Lewisville, Texas, Sister, Anita Jill Kendrick, of Flower Mound, Texas, Nephew, Tyler Chase Hackbarth, of Ft. Polk, Louisiana, Step-Mother, Mary Ann Penson, of Mesa, Arizona and Mary Ann Hartman, best friend of Owasso, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by Bobby E. Penson, father.
The Celebration of Life was be held on February 6th, 2021.
