Glen Gordon Thompson

Glen Gordon Thompson, 90, of Keller, passed from this life May 10, 2019.

Glen was born January 26, 1929 in Gatesville, Texas.
Glen was one of 10 children born to Robert and Vera Thompson. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. Glen married Juanice Hutchins, December 16, 1955 and raised two children, Jack Glen and Terri Lyn.

Juanice preceded him in passing in 2009.

Glen worked hard and provided for his family till finally retiring in 1991 in Groveton, Texas.

Glen was a lover of God, and always enjoyed church, listening to preaching, and singing praise to the Lord. During his life he witnessed several great miracles including the raising up his wife from near death in 1969.

Glen is survived by his children, Jack Glen and wife Sultra, Terri Lyn, and husband Bryan; five grandchildren, Keya, Krystle, Emma, Andi, and Kevin, one great grandchild, Silas Aaron and numerous nieces and nephews.

“Pop” was always a vibrant hard working man throughout his life. A true prankster and enjoyed seeing people laugh. His chuckles and grins and love of life will be missed.
