Gloria Lee Shepler, 81, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
Memorial service: 2:00 pm Monday at First Baptist Church in Grapevine.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
Born November 16, 1934 in Troy, Ohio to parents Don and Mildred (Cook) Flower. She married the love of her life, Buddy, on November 27, 1953 in Wichita, KS. She raised three kids and totally devoted her life to them, and later to her three granddaughters. Gloria will always be remembered for her love and devotion she held for her family and will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by her brother Donnie Flower.
Survivors: Husband of 62 years, Charles (Buddy) Shepler; daughter, Glenda Shepler; son, Craig Shepler and wife Tami; daughter, Gina Shepler Mardis and husband Chris; granddaughters, Shannon May and husband Jeremy, Brett Shepler, and Courtney Mardis; sisters, Dorothy Runyan and Diane Stallard; sister-in-law, Elsie Flower; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
