Grant Paul Snyder of Fort Worth, Texas, a loving, compassionate, supportive and kind steward of God died unexpectedly, on November, 4th 2021.
Grant was a devoted father, husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin, friend and co-worker.
Grant was born on December 27, 1973 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Grant David and Susan Paula Snyder (Sargent). He was active in Boy Scouts and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Grant graduated from Oakland University with his bachelor’s degree and Central Michigan University with a master’s degree. On October 14, 2005 Grant married his beloved wife, Valerie Marie Snyder (Malta) and shared an amazing marriage full of adventure, laughter, hope and grace.
Grant was a generous, kindhearted man full of spirit and enthusiasm that enlightened his family and friends. He was supportive and believed in the greatness of everyone that came into his life. Grant truly enjoyed his friends, fishing, barbecue, fantasy football, as well as watching The University of Michigan and Cowboys football.
Most of all, Grant loved his wife and two daughters. He cherished all the life experiences and family vacations with them. He was the biggest supporter and cheerleader at every volleyball and soccer game.
Grant is survived by his wife Valerie, daughters Amelia and Elizabeth, parents Grant and Susan Snyder, sister Sarah Hegg (Snyder), brother-in-law Zachary Hegg, nephews Simon and Winston Hegg, niece Elsa Hegg, aunts and uncles Mark Campbell, Paulette Campbell (Sargent), Tony Williams, Kathy Williams, cousins Carrie Lobeck (Campbell), Scott Campbell, Derek Williams, Bryan Williams, and mother-in-law Marie Malta many loving Aunt and Uncle-in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Grant U. Snyder, Melissa Snyder (Brown), Paul Sargent, and Elizabeth Sargent, (Bonanno), Sam Malta and Esther Malta (Stemp).
Grant’s visitation will be at Lucas Funeral Home on 1601 South Main Street, Keller, TX 76248 from 6 PM to 8 PM Thursday November 11, 2021. The memorial service will be held at Grace Community Church, 3789 Thompson Rd. Fort Worth TX, 76244, on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11 AM.
