Hazel Garcia, 52, of Burleson, passed November 27, 2020 at her home.
A family memorial service will be held at her home, 901 Beaver Creek Drive, Burleson, Texas.
Hazel was born April 9, 1968, in Slaton, Texas to Trinidad and Mary Lou (Castillo) Garcia. She grew up in Lorenzo, Texas and graduated from Lorenzo High School in 1987. After high school she was a devoted stay-at-home mom and wife to Eismael Mendoza.
Hazel married Eismael in 1989 in Slaton, Texas. They were happily married for over 30 years. She enjoyed shopping, movies, tv shows, home decor, spending time with family, and most of all she loved her Dallas Cowboys.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Trinidad and Mary Lou Garcia.
Hazel is survived by her husband, Eismael Mendoza, of Lubbock, Texas; sons, Victor Daniel Mendoza, Jonathan Daniel Mendoza and Avorie James Mendoza, of Lubbock, Texas; siblings; Nancy Barrientez and husband, Michael of Lubbock Texas, Adam Garcia and wife, Karen of Idalou Texas, Anna Rivera and husband, Eduardo of San Antonio Texas, and Norma Jean Reyes and husband, Jose of Alvarado, Texas; and niece, nephews, and other relatives.
