Hector P. Flores, 77, passed away November 7, 2016 in Dallas. Visitation; Thursday, November 10, 6-8 p.m., Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst; Funeral Service; Friday, November 11, 11:00 a.m., Lucas Funeral Chapel, Hurst with burial to follow at Smithfield Cemetery, North Richland Hills.
Mr. Flores was born August 24, 1939 in Puerto Rico to Vincente and Josefina (Perez) Flores. He married Iris Ramos and worked as both a chef steward and later a crossing guard. He enjoyed fishing and watching the Yankees and Cowboys.
Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. He is survived by his sons Manuel (Jessica) Flores and Hiran (Elizabeth) Flores; daughters Nelly Flores, Nilda Flores and Nancy Flores; grandsons Aiden and Jedidiah and five brothers.
