Herminia Isabel Ocampo, age 42, died at Baylor Medical Center in Carrollton, Texas, on Wednesday, April 22nd 2015. Born February 22nd, 1973 in Guatemala, she lived in Grapevine, Texas where she worked and raised her children. She was a member of the Grapevine Church of God. Survivors include her four children Brian, Natalie, John Carlos, and Christopher.
