Horris Weldon (Jack) Cook

Jack was born Sept. 20, 1917 in Dove Community, near Grapevine, TX.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 10 years, Corrine Smith Cook, son Tommy, wife of 54 years Dorothy Harris Cook, parents Guy and Maude, granddaughter Janie Cook Farthing, and sister Lorene Cook Holcomb.
Survivors: Sons, Jimmy and his wife Peggy, Jerrell and his wife Jan, and Charlie and his wife Debbie; 10 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 4 great, great-grandchildren.
