Houston Lee Burgess

Houston Lee Burgess, 25, of North Richland Hills, died March 16th, 2016. He was born November 29th, 1990 in Ardmore Oklahoma, the son of Smokey and Tammy Burgess. He graduated from Birdville District High School. He joined the U.S. Navy and served 4 1/2 years. Houston was a talented and giving young man. He always had a smile that would light up a room. Houston is survived by his parent Smokey and Tammy Burgess of North Richland Hills, sister Paige Fortier and her husband, Bobby of Hurst Texas, brother Austin Burgess of Holiday Texas, grandmother Wilma Burgess of Wichita Falls, Texas and an Aunt Terri Burgess of Irving, Texas. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives. A private family viewing was held Saturday March 19th, 2019 at the Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas.
