Jack Dale Osborne, Jr, 64, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015.
Memorial service: 4:00 pm Thursday in the Chapel of Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas.
Jack D Osborne was foremost a family man, a husband, a dad, and a grandpa. Jack was the Chief of the Engineering branch since 2008, and was with the Corp since 1979. At his retirement ceremony last year, he was honored with Meritorious Civilian Service Award and the Bronze de Fleury Medal. Jack was adored by his sons, Jack Osborne III and Scott Morgan and his daughters, Melissa Morgan and Meagan Osborne. His favorite people in the world were his 4 loving grandchildren, Jordan Morgan, Jessica Morgan, Katie Morgan and Ella Osborne. The one and only love of his life was his wife of forty-one years, Sandy. Jack was a generous, giving, loving and patient man and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors: Wife, Sandra Osborne; sons, Jack Osborne, III and Scott Morgan; daughters, Melissa Morgan and Meagan Osborne; parents, Jack and Mary Osborne; brother, Ed Osborne; his grandchildren, Jordan Morgan, Jessica Morgan, Katie Morgan, Ella Osborne; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.
