Jacob attended Keller High School. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bill and Joann Bridges; maternal grandmother, Grace White; an uncle, Jimmy Jordan.
He is survived by his precious children, daughter, Tatum Bridges and, son, Ryan Bridges; loving parents, Cynthia and Philip Bridges of Roanoke, Texas; sister, Melissa Bridges of Keller; and sister, Acacia Abshire and husband, Jason of Tuscola, Texas; nieces and nephews, Noah, Preston, Ava, Mai-Sea, Caiden, Connor, and Lilly-Ann; aunts, Lavonna Gilbert and husband, Charles; Vickie Prather, and Reba Jordan; uncle, Barry Bridges, and wife, Jill; numerous cousins, extended family members and a host of friends; and the love of his life, Leslie Tisdale.
