Jacqueline Miller

January 3, 1948 — April 11, 2023

Jacqueline (Jackie) Miller was born January 3, 1948, in Lubbock, TX to Jack and Dorothy Millsap. Jackie loved working at Housing and Urban Development and retired after 25 years. She volunteered with the Family Readiness Group and organized many functions for Soldiers and their families. She had a wonderful, contagious laugh and wanted everyone to feel welcome and loved. She loved to shop, travel, watch Science Fiction movies and family game nights. Her greatest love was her family!

Jackie was preceded in death by Clarence Miller, the love of her life and husband of 49-years and her parents.

Jackie is survived by her daughters Shonna (John) DeBacco, Elizabeth (Brian) Carothers, and Dana (Jeff) Borden; sister Donna Hensy; grandchildren Rachel DeBacco, Paige DeBacco-Yancey, Zachary Carothers, Katlyn Carothers, Garrett Carothers, Sean H. Boyd, Jacob Boyd, and Madison Boyd; great-grandchildren Emma DeBacco and James DeBacco-Yancey, and numerous nieces and nephews.

If you would like to make a donation in Jackie’s name, she was very passionate about St. Judes (stjudes.org).
