Jacquelyn Stanford Clark

April 28, 1935 — December 12, 2019

Jacquelyn Stanford Clark, resident of North Richland Hills, Texas, was born to Richard Henry and Adele Alma Stanford April 28, 1935 in Dallas, Texas. She was called home by her Lord on December 12, 2019 at the age of 84. Jacquelyn grew up in Dallas, graduated from Sunset High School and from Arlington State College. She met Ronny Clark, her future husband while attending Arlington State College and they were married in 1956.
Jacquelyn and her husband Ronny loved the Lord and raised their children to also love Him. They were blessed by Jesus to see their family each come to know Jesus as their Lord.
Jacquelyn was a consummate homemaker, she loved to cook, sew, knit, and crochet. She loved to crochet and knit a variety of items and gave them as tokens of her love to family members and friends. She sewed clothes for her daughters when they were growing up and later, she included bridesmaid dresses for Angie’s wedding. Jacquelyn loved her family immensely. She was always putting her family ahead of herself and thinking of them first.
One of Jacquelyn’s great joys was getting to watch her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow up. She often would keep them while their parents were working and she loved to attend the children’s school functions.
Jacquelyn worked as a legal secretary in Dallas for a couple of years, and then after all the kids were in school, she began selling Avon. Beth and Angie often assisted Jacquelyn with packaging and delivering the products even if it meant riding their bicycles to make the deliveries when she wasn’t able.
Jacquelyn and her family were members of Wesley Evangelical Methodist Church where Jacquelyn spent five to six years serving as the Church Secretary. In 1982 she and her husband Ronny moved to California for a year and she began working for Lockheed Martin where she would retire after eleven years as Executive Administrative Assistant.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband; Alfred Ronny Clark Sr., her parents Richard Henry Stanford Sr. and Adele Alma Stanford.
She is survived by one son; Alfred Ronny Clark, Jr. and his wife, Beth Ann, two daughters; Elizabeth Ann Clark, and Angie Adele Medina and her husband, Troy, three grandchildren; Lauren Nicole Martin and her husband, Aaron, Meagan Brittany Kasprzak, and her husband, Colin, and Paul Michael-Richard Medina, two great- grandchildren; Kiah Austin-Clark King and Aaron James Martin and one brother Richard Henry Stanford Jr. along with numerous relatives and friends.
