Jake Keeton Grable

Jake Keeton Grable, age 79, passed away on October 14, 2022 at his home in Grapevine.

Jake was born on July 20, 1943 in Halstad, MN to Sigrid and Jake Grable. He grew up Hillsboro, ND. He was united in marriage to Linda Hilliard on February 14,1964 at Dove Road Church of Christ. He graduated from Northwest School of Agriculture in Crookston, MN.

He worked at Westvaco in Dallas for 42 years. He also worked part time at M&M Express as Well as Budget Truck Rental up until he became sick. Jake was a friend to anyone he met.

Jake is survived by his wife; Linda; son Mark; daughter Stephanie; grandson’s Hunter and Tyler; sister Ingrid Acosta; brother in law Abe Acosta; sister in law Millie Powers; nephews Richard Krause, Larry Krause and Larry Powers Jr; niece Michelle Gerdes; great nephew Shelby Krause, great nieces Morgan Martell, Lauren Smith, Quinn Stone and Carmen West.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and half sister; Mary Lou Bingham.
