James (Jim) Edward Farley Jr. passed away at the age of 63 years old due to complications of Alzheimer's disease on Thursday, April 4, 2019.

Viewing, Friday evening, April 12th from 6pm-8pm at Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine, TX 76051. Burial mass at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Colleyville, TX on Saturday morning, April 13th at 10 am. Interment after mass at Grapevine Cemetery, Grapevine, TX.
Jim was born in Freeland, PA. He was the son of James & Dolores Farley and was raised in Bristol, PA. Jim lived much of his younger adult years in Bucks County, PA prior to moving to Southlake, TX more than 22 years ago. Prior to his illness Jim owned and operated Farley Home Improvement & Construction Company. Apart from managing his company, Jim enjoyed attending/watching football & baseball games. Jim loved anything Disney and truly enjoyed annual trips to Disney World in Orlando, FL. In addition many wonderful memories were made during trips to the Jersey shore, Hawaii, Australia and many Caribbean islands with his family & friends.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, James & Dolores Farley; sister Chrisann Farley.

Jim is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kathy (née Wright) of Southlake, TX, his daughter Dr. Meghan Farley York, & her husband Taylor York & his precious granddaughters, Kensington Wright York & Campbell James York, all of Southlake, TX, His sister Doreen Fabrizio (Kevin) New Hope, PA; brothers, Thomas Farley (June) of Newtown, PA; David Farley (Colleen) of Drums, PA along with several nephews, nieces and friends.
