James "Jim" Bahner, Sr.

Jim Bahner Sr, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on Friday July 30, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on September 4th, 1950 in Sunbury, Pennsylvania to Elwood and Miriam Bahner.

Jim will be remembered as a loving husband and father to all that knew and loved him. He instilled a sense of dedication, responsibility and timeliness into everyone around him and his work ethic and willingness to help anyone in need will truly be missed.

Jim is survived by his wife Vicki Bahner of Fort Worth, Texas, sister Barbara Harshbarger and husband Lee of Mt. Wolf, PA, son Jim Bahner Jr and wife Angela of Keller, son David Bahner of Bedford, daughter Becky Gibson and husband Troy of Fort Worth, daughter Laura Platt and husband Mike of Fort Worth, granddaughters Danielle Gibson and Alecia Bahner, grandsons Mike Bahner and Micah Gibson.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents Elwood and Miriam Bahner, sister Sharon, and Alice Bahner wife of 23 years and mother of Jim Jr, David Bahner and Becky Gibson.

The visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on August 3, 2021 at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller. The Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on August 4, 2021 at Grace Baptist Church in Fort Worth
