It is with great sadness that the family of James Bronislaus Pawelczyk announces his sudden passing on August 11, 2018 at the age of 68 years.
Jim, a native of Buffalo, New York, began working in the airline industry as a teenager and made it his lifelong career primarily employed by Eastern and Southwest Airlines. He was an avid sports fan never missing a Texas Rangers game and watching football every Sunday. Jim took great pride in his home doing all the remodeling himself. He could always be found outside working in the yard with his faithful companion, Bear.
Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 50 years, Jeannie and his children Leslie (Sheldon) and Kellie (Greg). “Poppy” will also be fondly remembered by his 4 grandchildren, Madison, Summer, Landon, and Seth, by his mother, Gerry, and his sister, Kathy (Dan). Jim is preceded in death by his father, Brownie.
