Jana Ringwald-Lillis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the forthcoming celebration of the life of the late Jana Ringwald Lillis, who peacefully passed away on June 25, 2024, in Arlington, Texas. Born on November 11, 1967, in Abilene, Texas, to her loving parents Jerry and Judy Ringwald, Jana was a cherished mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend to many.

Throughout her life, Jana found purpose and joy in her career as a Mortgage Underwriter, where she dedicated her years to the profession she loved. Her warm personality and genuine care for others endeared her to her colleagues who became her friends. Jana's memory will live on through her three beloved children: Danial Lillis of Wister, Oklahoma, Heather Bullard and husband Jesse of Denton, Texas, and Zack Lillis of Edgeley, North Dakota. She also leaves behind three cherished grandsons - Colby Kampfhenkel, Kavin Bullard, and Wyatt Bullard of Denton, Texas.

Preceded in death by her father, Jerry Ringwald, Jana is survived by her dear mother Judy Ringwald, sister Trisha Ringwald, niece Kymber Chapman and husband Tony Chapman, nephew Logan Ivy, great-niece Skylynn Chapman, great-nephew Charlee Ivy, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were like family to her.

The funeral services and burial to honor Jana's life will take place on July 12, 2024, at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas, with a funeral service commencing at 10:00 AM. Following the service, a burial ceremony will immediately follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas. Let us join together to remember and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of many and find solace in the knowledge that she is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved father and other departed loved ones.

Jana was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Ringwald.
