Jarrell Tucker Middlebrooks
Passes away on July 10, 2021 in Bedford, Texas.
Jarrell was born in Jacksboro on May 11, 1946 to Thomas and Marie Middlebrooks. He was raised in Jacksboro and a graduate of Jacksboro High School.
Upon graduation from High School he entered the Air Force and was a proud veteran of the Viet Nam War.
Attended Tarleton State where he developed his interest in western culture and rodeo. Jarrell was an accomplished craftsman in many areas which led him to the construction of an authentic western chuckwagon.
Jarrell’s career in vehicle sales and conversions led to many years working mainly with Bill McDavid and James Wood. While working at James Wood he met his wife Ramona and was married in March 2004.
After retirement, building street rod cars became his main hobby. He was one of the original members of the Arlington Area Street Rods Classic Car Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John and sister Eva. He is survived by his wife Ramona, sisters Kay Migura and Daphne Nielson; son Blaine Middlebrooks; daughters Zipporan Albrecht, Zavannah Wells and Zaurin Middlebrooks; and granddaughter Avery Albrecht.
Memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church Hurst on July 23, 2021 at 10:00 am 521 West Pipeline Road, 76053.
