Jason Mitch Sharp

Jason Mitch Sharp, 49, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on October 11, 2024. Jason was a beloved son, brother, and friend who graced our lives with his sweet, goofy, and pure-hearted nature. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Sharp. Jason is survived by his father, Austin Sharp, and his sisters, Jorja Briggs and Teresa Sharp. Jason’s warmth and spirit touched everyone who knew him, and he will be dearly missed.

A graduate of Grand Prairie High School, Jason found great joy and camaraderie as a longtime competitor in the Special Olympics, where he participated in various events throughout his youth. He also had a special love for baseball caps, classic sitcoms, and the Dallas Cowboys. Jason spent 49 challenging years with us, fighting bravely for each and every breath from the day he was born. His resilience and courage remain an inspiration to his family, who will cherish his memory forever.
